Didier Lestrade is the co-founder of Act Up-Paris and the magazine Têtu. He has written around ten essays, focusing especially on the HIV/AIDS crisis and gay culture. He has been seropositive since 1986. He is 65. He is currently writing his memoirs. His last book was published under the title "I Love Porn" (Editions du Détour), with the latest re-edition under the title "Act Up, une histoire" (La Découverte).
