An all-female band delivering uncompromising punk rock with raw guitar riffs and casual vocals? Even in 2025, that's still far too rare! But that's exactly what Zurich-based quartet Batbait have been doing since 2019. With their wonderfully eccentric sound - somewhere between indie and punk, psychedelic pop and garage rock - they won Demo of the Year and took the crown in the Rock category at m4music in 2021. This year they'll return with (even more) music.
