Olympic Antiqua stands for groove with a vintage touch: Named after the colours "Olympic White" and "Antigua White" of guitar model Fender Stratocaster, the band from the Lake Geneva region plays blues and soul in retro style. With delicate overdrive and fuzz effects, lyrics sometimes sung, sometimes spoken, and guitar solos à la B.B. King, the four musician friends are bringing the sound cosmos of the 1970s into the present day. They published their first EP "Olympic Antiqua" in autumn 2021 and were dubbed the SRF-3 Best Talent shortly after in December.
